Sample Contract All Work produced pursuant to this contract shall become the property of the Client. Contractor acknowledges that materials furnished Contractor by Client may be proprietary in nature and shall not be disclosed to any third party. It is expressly acknowledged and understood by the parties that the relationship created hereby is strictly that of client-independent contractor for all purposes. Contractor acknowledges that as an independent contractor it is not entitled to, nor will it request any benefits from client. Contractor shall use its best efforts to perform all Work in a timely and professional manner and will use that level and care ordinarily exercised by persons in Contractors field. The parties acknowledge that Contractor is not an engineer as such term is defined at 12-25-101 et seq., Colorado Revised Statutes. If within one year after completion of the Work, any of the Work is found to be not in accordance with the requirements of this Contract or to be defective due to Contractor's fault, the Contractor shall, at its cost, promptly correct the Work. |
